Apart from the pool there is also a table tennis table and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment, plus of course the beach is just a short walk from the house. Inside the house there is a large open plan living room with wood burner, a large 42” flat screen TV and DVD player and loads of books, CDs, games and DVDs for the use of guests. From this large room there are also sliding doors which open onto the decked area. The kitchen is fitted with a gas fired Aga, large fridge and freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. The island has a ceramic hob and an oven and the dining table seats 12. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom and its own private door into the indoor pool room, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a children’s room with bunk beds plus a pull-out truckle bed underneath and there is a large walk-in shower room. At the rear of the house there is a guest room with a double bed (zip linked so can be changed to twin beds if required) and an en-suite shower room. The large indoor swimming pool is heated all year round, making this house ideal for winter breaks. The pool leads out to the sun deck and there is also a changing room with a walk-in shower. Outside there is plenty of parking, a large lawned garden and a terrace including a gas barbecue with dining table and chairs.
