Southwold dog friendly self-catering cottage that sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, open-plan living and dining area, original features plus sun room and garden.

Ground Floor:
Hallway
Sitting and dining room
A cosy area with comfy seating for four along with a dining table and chairs for four guests. There is a television and radio and an electric living flame fire.
Kitchen
With an electric cooker, fridge freezer, table and seating for two.
Utility room
Washing machine, freezer, iron and ironing board available for use. Leads through to
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and a comfy chair.

Second Floor:
Bedroom two
With twin single beds, storage on the landing under the eaves. Please note that as the room is in the eaves, there is restricted height along the sides of the beds.

Outside:
Front garden onto Barnaby Green.
Enclosed rear garden with seating and chairs. Sun room accessed via back door from utility room.
Spinner's Lane, to the side of the cottages has parking but it does not have a designated space. There is a right of way at the rear of the cottage onto Spinner's Lane. Further parking is available on the Common.

Additional Information:
The stairs to the first and second floor are narrow and winding. Please note that they may not be suitable for very young children who would need supervising using them.
Infants welcome (travel cot and high chair available on request).
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
